First we will meet to do a Comparative Market Analysis on your Home. We will compare what has Sold and is Listed similar to yours.
Once we determine the Market Value/Selling Value of your home and sign the Agreement we start promoting it!
A FOR SALE Sign and Lockbox will be delivered, it will be added to MLS.ca - REALTOR.ca and this website plus marketed throughout Social Media.
Pictures will be taken and Measurements done of the home.
